Erica Drum is a Dublin-based chef, cookery tutor, and food stylist known for her vibrant, approachable style. Raised in Howth in a food-loving family, she turned her passion into a diverse career spanning private dining, food styling, and television. A regular on Virgin Media’s The Six O’Clock Show, Erica shares simple, seasonal recipes and champions sustainability and food waste reduction. She hosts pop-up dining events and teaches online and in-person cooking classes. With over 20 years in the industry, Erica continues to inspire confidence and creativity in home cooks while celebrating the richness of Irish ingredients and hospitality.
